Does Konakart support configuration of multiple websites ?

Hi All,
Does Konakart support configuration of multiple websites for different organizations, through a single installation only ?
To clarify my question ... I have to setup two ecommerce websites, for two businesses which are totally unrelated to each other. Will I have to configure two separate installations of Konakart or can I achieve this using a single installations.

The number of websites can increase in future for my requirement.
