Konakart on BEA Weblogic

Hi Konakart Team!
We are evaluating Konakart as ecommerce solution for our activity.
We will have to deploy the webapp on Weblogic 9.0 ...
Do u know if it could be a problem? Have u ever tried it on WLS ?

Hi Alessandro,

Whilst I don't think anyone here has tried KonaKart out on Weblogic we know of no reasons why it should not work.   We know that others have been successful with other application servers (WebSphere, Glassfish, etc) so I expect you shouldn't have too many problems getting it to work.  It's a standard java j2ee application after all...

One possibility would be to download and install the Windows version and use that to create pre-configured WAR files that you can import into WebLogic.   This might be easiest because it sets up the database and all of the configuration files etc automatically during the installation - usually saves you a lot of time.    (You can run the installation then use an ant target to "make_wars" - in the custom directory).
