Changing customer columns order in Admin App

Hi,

I need to change columns order in Admin Apps customers tab. Now there are Last Name, First Name, Address, Logons and Last Logon (in this order). I would like to have Company Name, Customer Custom1, Last Name and First Name.

How can I do this?
