please anyone could tell me in wich jar i can found this file?

I think you'll find it in KonaKart\custom\modules\src\com\konakartadmin\modules\ordertotal\shipping\Shipping.java .

in wich jar i should put the compiled class?

Just run ".\bin\ant build" in the konakart\custom directory and it will create all of the jars for you. The jar you'll need to move will be the one called konakart_ordertotal_shipping.jar .
