Naming convention on Internationalization

Hi, I start to use KonaKart and is trying to localize the Messages.properties to Chinese. According to the user guide, the file name should be renamed to Messages_zh.properties. However, the Chinese has two forms i.e. Simplified and Traditional. I am just wonder how to name the file for these two forms. Should it be Messages_zh_CN and Message_zh_TW respectively?
