Be able to add a shopping cart with another function?

In addition to the standard shopping cart function, I would like to add a shopping cart with another function.
Is konakart designed with thought that can have a shopping cart function which carries out different processing separately?

With KonaKart you can design whatever storefront design you like so I'm not sure I understand your question.
