extra charge for COD - Adding order totals

Hello,

I need to charge customers some extra fixed charge if they select Cash On Delivery as payment method.

I think i need to add a orderTotals for that.

Can you please guide me.

Just modify the shipping module so that the ShippingQuote returned doesn't have a value of 0.
