Free Product promotion not returned by getPromotionsPerProducts

Hi,

1. Where can get  Free Product type promotions for products?
Current method getPromotionsPerProducts returns null for promotionsResults if promotion type is free product.
(I'm not passing any PromotionOptions and it works fine for Product Discount promotion type)

2. Method getAllPromotions() returns null for applicableProducts. Where can I get applicableProduct for promotion?
