Categories not yet set up for language 1

Hi

I have setup the KonaKart Community Edition 4.2.0.1 on my server, but receive the following error within my Catalina log

18-Mai 11:58:27 WARN  (?:getCats:?) Categories not yet set up for language 1

when I acces the konakart frontend

http://127.0.0.1:8080/konakart/Welcome.do

Also what seems rather odd to me is that part of the text is german and part of it is english,
whereas my browser language setting is english.

Any idea what might be wrong?

i have deployed the konakart store in another instance and am getting this warning in logs - at the same time cant see any the categories,
