Cannot access konakartadmin

I installed this product on a Linux Server.  The site is configured using virtual hosting and the database is on a dedicated MySQL server.

Traffic from the internet arrives at my firewall and is directed to my Apache Web Server.  Using Mod_jk I direct traffic for the store.mysite.com to 192.168.1.24 using the AJP protocol on port 8009.  The server.xml is configured on the store server to accept traffic over this port.  The database is a shared MySQL database on another server and accessed of course over port 3306.
If I type into my browser http://store.mysite.com I am presented with the konakart catalog and everything seems to be working just fine.  However if I try to access http://store.mysite.com/konakartadmin then I get the message below.  No error messages are generated in the Catalina.out file either.  This is very strange and I need to get this up quickly.  Can someone help?
