You could do a simple sum in the JSP and figure out your page number if you want.

Are you talking about the Admin App or the Storefront Application?  Which version?

Maybe it is something to do with that, I'm not sure.  You are using v4.1.0.0 aren't you?

I've just tried it with IE8 on v4.1.0.0 (and the new release scheduled for release very soon) and it worked fine.

It will be interesting to hear if you have any problems with other browsers.

(Perhaps the problem will be overcome for you in the new release which uses a new version of GWT which may produce slightly different javascript code that IE8 on a Chinese system is happy with).

Another thing to try would be to try doing the upload in the IE8 compatibility mode...  does that work?

This sounds like a problem that was fixed long ago that was due to an incompatibility with Firefox.   Which browser are you using?  Do you get the problem with only that browser?

Have you tried disabling the one page checkout in the admin app just to see if that helps?

You shouldn't have to build anything to get it to work.

You could try a completely new installation (using a new database schema) and see that running then compare the differences.

Can you reproduce on our demo running at http://www.konakart.com/konakart/ ?

If so, please let us know the steps to reproduce.

You can run the database scripts using any standard database client tools...   For MySQL there is a very user-friendly graphical tool called MySQL Query Browser that you could use (look at the script tab) - or you could use the basic command line client.

These have been corrected in the 4.2.0.0 release - due out in Jan 2010.

Up until version 4.1.0.0 that is true;  KonaKart doesn't read velocity.properties.

But, with version 4.2.0.0 - to be released probably towards the end of January 2010 - we introduce a konakart_velocity.properties file which you can use for this purpose.

Are you aware of the "Customer Communications" options in the Admin App?

This allows you to send out email to a group of customers.

In the forthcoming release (version 4.2.0.0) you will be able to select a set of customers based on a fairly sophisticated expression - a feature that is part of new marketing functionality.

They're not currently used in KonaKart

Do you mean number of search results to show?

You could change your JSP or look at the "Search Results" configuration value in the Admin App at "Configuration >> Maximum Values"

whos_online - not currently populated by KonaKart.  (Initially for users migrating from osCommerce).

utility, counter & counter_history - used by KonaKart.
