Hi,

I have noticed that when managing the address book there is no way of defining an address specifically for billing or delivery, yet when an order is processed the email confirmation with the order details shows the selected address for both delivery and billing.

Is there any way of defining different addresses for billing/delivery from the address book? I cannot find any setting related to it.

I'm trying to define a promotion for a specific customer, and seems that the functionality is there (Marketing->Promotions->Rules->Include Some Customers) but there is something missing, there are no controls to add specific customers, is this feature only for the EE version or is there any configuration that has to be done prior to the selection of the customer?

Is there an available status diagram for the orders or anything that might describe the different statuses of an order?
