Does anyone know what the option "Reset Password" changes a cutomers
password to.

Hi Martineug,
The reset password command in the Admin App (or the resetCustomerPassword API calls) will set a random password for the specified user, then send an email to that user informing him/her of the new password. For security, the Administrator is not copied on these mails and cannot see what the password is.
