How can i create a public wish list ? as of now, i can create a wedding registry where i have to give the bride/groom details,
i dont need that, i just want a private and a public wish list for the customer
how can i achieve this ??

The implementation of the wedding list is just an example. i.e. You can call it something else and display different fields for the search. Look at the SearchGiftRegistry and CreateGiftRegistry forms for all of the attributes available,
