I create my tax zone for the Luxembourg the tax rate is 15%, did also a mapping with other countries for witch the same tax would have to been apply if goods are send to them.  For all the other countries not in the mapping the tax is equal to 0%, has to been payed when imported in the country.

Don't know why but the shop didn't take my rate of 15% and show always the FL tax of 7%, where can the problem come from???

I have only one tax rate in my shop of 15%, and I have a unique tax zone of Luxembourg, I map all countries of EU to my tax zone Luxembourg.
When I make a test buy, I always get a FL Tax 7.0%, what need i to do for changing that, and that my rate of 15% is taken.

Hello can somebody help me out please, I think that I put the rate and the good place, but when I make a test order the rate is not calculated.

I put 2 screen shots to show my problem

in the admin if find only following menus:
- My Store Status
- Configuration
- Products
- Modules
- Customers
- Orders
- Marketing
- Locations/Taxes
- Localizations
- tools
but i don't find any online help in the admin !!!

I looking since a few days now to set up the different shipping zone in administration and also to put the taxes related to the zone, but I couldn't find out yet how and where to do that, can somebody help please  ,  thanks

what is the name of the JSP file that we need to edit?

But why do i need the wishlist function to make a test buy? I put my product in the shopping cart and not on a wishlist?
As soon as come to these step: "Please enter your Shipping Details to proceed to the checkout screen" and confirm than i get these error message

Hello I tried to make a test order in the shop I m setting up and as soon as I m feeling the client information and that go further i get the error message
"WishList functionality has not been installed"  is the WhisList functionality in the basic shop if yes, where can I find them to install them or are they only in the pay version?  Thanks for help

                                                                                                                                                          - privacy notice
                                                                                                                                                          - shipping and return

I m turning around in the different menus but can't find any place where i can change it, thanks for helping
