I just upgraded to 2.2.6.0 and for the life of me cannot find the section in the admin tool that configures the custom panels. The User Guide says they are in Configuration > Custom Panels, but I don't have a "Custom Panels" button.. I have attached an image that shows my current version. Any help would be really great.

After an upgrade we don't automatically enable access to the new panels because of the security risks. (For a fresh install the admin@konakart.com user is given access to all panels).
It is likely that your user has not been given access to the new panels.
Therefore, you will have to go to the Customers >> Maintain Roles section to ensure that the user you have is given access to the new panels.
