Show Promotions on Specials page

I see how the ShowAllSpecials page shows any products with a current price special, but it does not show promotions. Is there a way to allow promotions to appear on the ShowAllSpecials page?

Promotions are trickier to determine because calculations have to be performed to decide whether the promotion is active. i.e. Promotions could be active only if you buy a certain number of products (3 for 2) or only for products belonging to a certain manufacturer if your order total is greater than a certain amount. This means that in many cases they aren't applicable to a single product. What you could do is to create a tile to publicize your promotion. For example if all products in a certain category are in a 3:2 promotion you could write this in your tile so that people know about the promotion.
