Product Tags

Hello,

The product tag functionality in 2.2.6.0 looks great. I see that the tags can be added to a product from within the product editor and I see where tag groups can be associated with categories in the category editor. However, I do not see where the tags themselves are are created in the Admin UI. Could someone please enlighten me?

You can set up your tags and tag groups under "Localizations"

Hi Heidi,

My 'Localizations' admin panel only has Currencies, Languages, Order Statuses, and Address Formats. I checked the database and it has an empty kk_tag table so I think my sql upgrade script ran fine. Hum, what am I missing?

This is probably because the role your user has been assigned does not have "Maintain Tags" and "Maintain Tag Groups" panels assigned.   Check this under the Customers section - "Maintain Roles".

Note that if you had a fresh installation these would have been assigned but because you ran an upgrade the existing roles are not changed because we don't want to risk granting access to new panels by default.
