That's very strange since our demo is set up with COD and orders are saved. Have you carried out any customizations that could have modified this behaviour ?

Maybe you should check to see that it works with a standard installation and then work backwards to figure out what has changed.

No, we haven't made any modifications in these modules.
I will try to go the routing again. I think that there is a combination of parms that is not all covered in the routine.

Problem found:  When adding a new language to Konakart the system automatically adds a language entry to the control files. The problem is that when I set the new language to the default and forgot to add the entry for that language the system no longer finds the specific record. In this case there was no entry to 'order status 1'. The program no longer gives the option to add this into the default language.
We now added the specific entry manually.
