I edit AdminMessages.properties file in eclipse,that file was do with propertieseditor plugin,so it dont need native2ascii.exe again.I change its name from AdminMessages.properties to AdminMessages_zh.properties,then put konakartadmin\WEB-INF\classes.I browse http://localhost:8780/konakartadmin/,I dont see chinese I want still.Mabye I forgot anything?

I use chinese window xp.After I just input chinese with AdminMessages.properties or Messages.properties, I can see chinese from page.It seem to puzzle.
