SQL Upgrade Script 5.4 to 5.5

The packaged upgrade includes database scripts for version 5.2 to 5.3 and to 5.4 for MS SQL Server but no script is included to go from 5.4 to 5.5.   They are included for mysql but not MS SQL Server.   Can anyone tell me where to find these?   Thanks!

I'm not sure why that was missed off in the 5.5.0.2 build  but please find it attached.
