hi,is there a batch to add french language to version 5.0.0 ?

not sure what you mean by a "batch".  Do you mean a file of SQL commands?

If you don't want one of the other languages the easiest technique is to rename one of those in the Admin App and then adjust all the translations.  Remember to provide all the _fr.properties files as well for a complete solution.
