Checkout comes to CustomerRegistrationSubmit.do and not to CheckoutDelivery.do

Hello,

There is a following problem.
When customer choose an item to buy, click checkout, enter the customer details and see user details page (and not checkout page).

Why? And how it can be configured to go right way?

The was need in some coding :).
