Latest products on homepage always shows english text no matter what language

Hi

I have created some products in english and with german translations.

On the Konakart frontend one can select the language, which works fine, for example instead

"Latest Products" it says "Aktuellste Produkte"

but the problem is that the text of the products is still english, whereas when clicking
on the the details, then it shows the german text.

Hence I guess there is a language switch bug re "latest products".

Can anyone reproduce/confirm this?

Is this an issue of the core, or would it be possible to fix this within the JSPs (or whatever) by myself now?

Yes, you can always use the APIs directly in the JSPs or Struts actions to get the products from the engine in whatever language you like.
