Bug in version 4.2.0.1 (IE 6 and 7 problem with checkout)

If user is using Internet Explorer 6.0 or 7.0 then clicking on checkout button cause empty page with that error:

Error: 'b' is null or not an object
Code: 0

Firefox 3.5.7 and IE 8.0 is working correctly.
